The grand ceremony, which coincided with the footballer’s 25th birthday, attracted fans, celebrities, and sports icons, all gathered to celebrate the incredible journey of the Samba star.

The wax statue, crafted with breathtaking precision, features Vinicius in the Brazil national team kit, holding his chest—a pose symbolizing patriotism and pride for his homeland.

After a few days on display at the Sambódromo, the statue will move to São Gonçalo, close to Vinicius’s hometown, for a special exhibition before making its final stop at the Madame Tussauds Museum in New York, where it will join wax figures of global legends like Pelé, Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, and Neymar.
