UPDATE: Burial of Late Business Mogul Aminu Dantata Rescheduled for Tuesday in Medina – Information Minister.

The burial ceremony of late elder statesman and business tycoon, Alhaji Aminu Dantata, has been officially rescheduled for Tuesday in Medina, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

This was disclosed by the Minister of Information and National Orientation, Muhammad Idris, who cited the late arrival of the deceased’s body as the reason for the adjustment in burial plans.

Saudi Burial Protocols Delay Process

In an interview with the BBC Hausa Service, the Minister explained that the Saudi Arabian authorities have strict guidelines and regulations governing the reception of corpses from foreign countries. He noted that arrangements are currently being made to align with those protocols.

  • “All necessary legal requirements will be completed by Tuesday, and Alhaji Aminu Dantata will be buried on the same day,” the Minister confirmed.
