Toke Makinwa – Popular media personality, Toke Makinwa, welcomed a baby girl. The 40-year-old shared a video of herself flaunting her baby bump on Wednesday, August 27, and announced the arrival of her daughter, Princess Yakira Eliana, the following day while giving thanks to God for answered prayers.

Priscilla Ojo Mkambala and Juma Jux – Actress Iyabo Ojo’s daughter, Priscilla, and her husband, Tanzanian singer Juma Jux, welcomed a baby boy named Prince Rakeem Ayomide Mkambala in Canada. Iyabo Ojo proudly announced the arrival of her grandson on August 24.

Prudent Gabriel – Fashion designer Prudent Gabriel and her husband, gospel singer Peterson Okopi, celebrated the arrival of their first child, a baby boy named Keon Peterson.

Mercy Chinwo – Award-winning gospel singer Mercy Chinwo and her husband, Pastor Blessed Uzochikwa, welcomed their second child, a baby girl. The singer announced the news on Instagram with stunning pregnancy bump photos.

Georgina Ibeh – Nollywood actress Georgina Ibeh became a mother on August 8, announcing the arrival of her baby girl with adorable maternity shoot pictures.

Lasisi Elenu and Wife – Popular skit maker Nosa Afolabi, widely known as Lasisi Elenu, and his wife, Nonso Adika, welcomed their second child. The couple joyfully shared the good news on Instagram.

August has indeed been a season of answered prayers and happy celebrations for these celebrities and their families.
