Abuja, April 3, 2025 – President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has departed Nigeria for Paris, France, on a short working visit, where he is set to review his administration’s mid-term performance and key national milestones.

Presidential spokesperson Bayo Onanuga announced the trip in a statement released in Abuja on Wednesday.
According to Onanuga, Tinubu’s work visit will focus on:
✅ Assessing key achievements of his administration so far.
✅ Reviewing the progress of ongoing economic and governance reforms.
✅ Strategic planning ahead of his administration’s second anniversary.

Tinubu to Remain Fully Engaged While Abroad
Despite being away, the president will remain fully engaged with his team and continue to oversee governance remotely.
“He will return to Nigeria in about a fortnight,” the statement concluded.
