Popular Nigerian nightlife king and celebrity socialite, Cubana Chief Priest (real name Pascal Okechukwu), has filed a defamation lawsuit against his alleged baby mama, Hellen Ati, in a Kenyan court, following ongoing allegations over the paternity of a two-year-old child.
This legal action comes after months of public accusations from Hellen, who claimed she became pregnant following a brief romantic encounter with the businessman during his visit to Kenya in April 2022.
Background of the Dispute
In a viral video shared on social media, Hellen Ati accused Cubana Chief Priest of abandoning their son, saying he had blocked all forms of communication with her after she gave birth.
“I have made several attempts to reach him, but he blocked me everywhere,” she said.
Cubana Chief Priest has since denied the allegations, claiming he has never met the woman.

On Tuesday, a Nigerian lawyer operating in Kenya, known for running the DPA Family Clinic, posted a copy of the defamation suit filed by Cubana Chief Priest against Hellen Ati. The lawsuit alleges character damage and false accusations.

Reacting to the lawsuit via her Instagram page, Hellen fired back at the socialite, stating:
“Pascal thinks he can sue? You should be in jail by now. Instead of proving your innocence through a paternity test, you’re filing lawsuits.”
