Dr. Sani, a renowned medical doctor and policy strategist, previously served as Special Adviser on Civil Service Matters to the governor. His credentials include:

- 🏅 mni certificate, National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS), Kuru
Over his decades-long career, Dr. Sani has served in critical health and administrative roles in Kano, including:
- Chief Medical Director at Murtala Muhammad Specialist Hospital
- Chief Medical Director at Muhammad Abdullahi Wase Specialist Hospital
- Executive Secretary and Permanent Secretary in state ministries
- He has also represented Nigeria on global health and civil service platforms, participating in over 40 committees and delegations.
🪖 About Maj. Gen. Mohammed Sani (Rtd.)
The newly appointed DG of Special Services is a retired infantry officer who held strategic command roles in the Nigerian Army.
He is known for his contributions to:
