Fast-rising Nigerian singer Sulaimon Shekoni Solomon, popularly known as Khaid, has hinted at a possible fallout with his record label under comedian Sydney Talker.

Taking to his X (formerly Twitter) account, the singer expressed his frustration over alleged attempts to control him, stressing that he desires freedom above all else.

“They want control. I want freedom. Let’s see who wins,” Khaid wrote.

The “Carry Me Go” crooner further revealed that he would be engaging the services of multiple lawyers to handle pressing personal and professional matters.

He also advised young lawyers to carve a niche in the Nigerian entertainment industry, highlighting the increasing demand for proper legal representation.

“These graduating lawyers better be in the entertainment scene. Y’all got work to do. Need me like five. Matter full ground. Time will tell,” he added.

Although Khaid’s post has fueled speculations about an imminent split from Sydney Talker’s Neville Records, he has not officially confirmed or denied the rumors.
