• President Tinubu singled out FCT Minister Nyesom Wike for commendation, applauding him for delivering on his promise to overhaul the previously “dilapidated and uninhabitable” ICC.

• “Don’t pay attention to the busybodies and bystanders, whatever they say. Continue your good work,” Tinubu urged Wike.
• “You are a transformational leader with vision and determination.”

He recalled his disappointment during a previous visit to the ICC for the ECOWAS Parliament conference, stating:

“It was dirty, disorganized, and uninhabitable. I asked Wike, ‘Have we sunk this low?’ and he assured me the facility would be transformed. Today, I am very happy.”

Julius Berger Applauded for Quality Work

President Tinubu commended Julius Berger Nigeria Plc for the high standard of rehabilitation, noting that the work reflects “quality, commitment to detail, and good engineering.”

“Today, we are not talking about renegotiation. We are talking about results,” he said.
