In a dramatic turn of events, officials from the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA), under the directive of FCT Minister Nyesom Wike, have sealed the National Headquarters of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Abuja.
At precisely 2:06 PM today, FCTA enforcement officers arrived at Wadata Plaza, the PDP’s national secretariat located in Wuse Zone 5, Abuja, and locked the entrance gate.

This development comes days after the FCTA announced the revocation of 4,794 land titles over failure to pay ground rent, some dating back as far as 10 to 43 years. The PDP headquarters is reportedly among the affected properties.
This bold move by the FCTA signals a clampdown on defaulters in Abuja’s property sector and has sparked fresh political reactions.
