The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has officially released the rescheduled 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) results.
In a statement issued on Sunday, the board confirmed that the release covers candidates who sat for the exams at centres that previously experienced technical issues and those who missed their original exam dates.
Over 21,000 Candidates Absent
JAMB disclosed that 336,845 candidates were rescheduled for the exercise. However, 21,082 candidates were absent from the exams despite the new date.
“Of the 336,845 who were eventually scheduled after isolated good sessions of the affected centres were excluded and their previously unverified candidates were added, 21,082 were absent,” the board stated.
How to Check Your UTME Result
Candidates who sat for the rescheduled UTME can check their results by:
- Sending “UTMERESULT” via SMS to 55019 or 66019 using the same number used during registration.
- Visiting the JAMB result portal with their registration details.
