Popular social media activist, Martins Otse, widely known as VeryDarkMan, has been released from EFCC custody, following several days of detention.

His release was confirmed on Wednesday by activist and former presidential candidate, Omoyele Sowore, through a post on his official X (formerly Twitter) handle.

Sowore wrote, “Thanks to the unrelenting efforts of all, @thatverydarkman has been released from unjust detention at the @officialEFCC. He is with his ebullient lawyer, @adeyanjudeji.”
