In a major relief for Nigerians, the Dangote Petroleum Refinery has once again reduced the pump price of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), also known as petrol, across the country.
The new price, announced on Thursday via the refinery’s official social media channels, now ranges from ₦875 to ₦905 per litre, reflecting a ₦15 per litre reduction.
Nationwide Price Breakdown by Region
The updated petrol prices, effective immediately, apply to all major fuel marketers partnering with the refinery, including MRS, Ardova, Heyden, Optima Energy, Techno Oil, and Hyde Energy.
Here is the new regional price structure:
- Lagos: ₦875
- South-West: ₦885
- North-West & North-Central: ₦895
- South-South & South-East: ₦905
- North-East: ₦905
